The Capitol: Theatrical Topologies
2023 18th Venice Architecture Biennale, CITYX Venice Virtual Pavillion:
RMIT School of Architecture
Point Cloud VR Animation, 3D Scanning.
Showcased at the Virtual CITYX Venice Biennale 2023 Exhibition, in the format of stills, an equirectangular lensed, 8 minute digital film, and an immersive 360 film in 3D.
Theatrical Topologies is a journey through a reproduction of The Capitol Theatre, originally designed by Marion Mahony and
Walter Burley Griffin (1924). Each moment is filled with landscapes and fragments of the historical crystalline geometry.
Developed by Melissa Iraheta.
